Sisters of Charity of Jesus & Mary

We provide a range of residential, community and clinical services to people of all ages with Intellectual Disability. Operating in South Kildare, Laois / Offaly and Longford / Westmeath, the Sisters of Charity of Jesus and Mary offer both loving care and opportunities for personal development.

 

Service Mission
Sisters of Charity of Jesus & Mary/Muiriosa Foundation facilitate citizens with an intellectual disability and their families to make choices that promote their best interests, choices that optimally capture the balance of empowerment and necessary safeguard through:
 
œ   Listening carefully and deeply to citizens with intellectual disability and their families;
 
œ   Working in partnership with citizens with intellectual disability, their families,
      statutory agencies, and community groups;
 
œ   A combination of direct and mediated support.
